Multi-Family / Student Housing
Mr. Trzynka is responsible for overseeing the multi-family and student housing portfolio and the support functions of the assets in the portfolio. He is also responsible for creating and implementing strategic leasing plans and effectively marketing each asset. Adam works with the multi-family and student housing regional managers to continuously develop and implement operational and training standards for Foresite. He also prepares and reviews financial statements and budgets and maintains tenant and vendor relationships.
Mr. Trzynka is actively involved with lenders, creditors, owners (borrowers) and CMBS special servicers in the workout, turnaround, receivership, restructuring, and disposition of distressed REO and mortgages, which Foresite refers to as “Properties-in-Transition.”
Mr. Trzynka offers Foresite diverse multi-family experience through his years of employment at various prominent multi-family investment companies including Aimco, Laramar, The Wolcott Group and Cedar Street. He was responsible for 2000 units under management among 40 properties. At Cedar Street & Flats, Companies he was responsible for over 1200 multi-family units and 225,000 Square Feet of commercial space under management among 20 properties.
Mr. Trzynka is a dedicated, engaged leader with strong communication and operation skills, who excels at identifying issues and implementing creative solutions to achieve collective objectives while maintaining a healthy team environment.
Before transitioning to the multi-family housing industry, Mr. Trzynka spent three years in Fort Wayne and Indianapolis, Indiana as a property manager for homeowners and condominium associations.
Mr. Trzynka studied Secondary Education with an emphasis in Political and Social Sciences at Youngtown State University in Youngstown, Ohio.
