Foresite was awarded management and leasing of a 221-bed portfolio in Macomb, Illinois which surrounds Western Illinois University. The portfolio is composed of an apartment complex and several single-family homes. This came to Foresite as a bankruptcy and foreclosure case in Mid May. The property is currently preleased at 70% for the 2019-2020 school year. Plans to open an onsite office and creating an effecting Marketing and Leasing Plan will significantly benefit the asset and put it in a favoring place within this market.
